All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated. There are no long-term contracts, and you may cancel at any time.

Setup fees and subscription payments are non-refundable once service setup has begun.

While TradeFlow is designed to improve enquiry handling and conversion, we do not guarantee specific financial results or job volumes.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and responding to qualified leads in a timely manner.

TradeFlow UK is not liable for missed opportunities caused by incorrect information, third-party outages, or client inaction.

We reserve the right to update or modify services to improve performance or compliance.
